Executive Coaching
The biggest obstacle to AI adoption in most organisations isn't the technology — it's the leadership. Boards, CEOs, and senior teams are being asked to make consequential decisions about AI without adequate frameworks, peer experience, or time to think.
Frits works with senior leaders on a confidential, one-on-one basis — drawing on a 30-year career across some of the world's most demanding organisations — to help them lead with clarity and confidence.
Build a working understanding of what AI can and can't do — enough to ask the right questions and make well-informed decisions without becoming a technologist.
Develop a coherent AI strategy and governance approach that your board and leadership team can get behind and execute with confidence.
Navigate the cultural and human dimensions of AI adoption — uncertainty, resistance, and the challenge of bringing your people along for a journey they didn't choose.
Leadership effectiveness, decision-making under pressure, career transitions, and strategic clarity — grounded in real-world C-suite experience across multiple industries.
Frits works with a small number of senior leaders at any given time, ensuring the depth of engagement that produces real results. Engagements are tailored to your situation, your schedule, and your goals.
